He was born not in Indiana, but in Newark New Jersey July 13th 1917 within rock throwing distance of where the Newark Airport stands today. Nor was his last name Willcoxson as some seem to think..Thank you
ReplyDeleteJimmie Dale Wilcoxson was born in 1941 and a native of Indiana. He cut two singles Farrall on Saber in 1958 and should not be confused wth the Jimmie Dale from Newark New Jersey who recorded prolifically between the mid 40s and mid 60s.
